About Us

Jillian Martin is a double-board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine and Psychiatric–Mental Health with over 20 years of experience in clinical medicine.

Throughout her early career as a registered nurse, Jillian worked nationally as a healthcare educator and speaker, training clinicians and healthcare leaders on regulatory and quality-of-care systems. That experience gave her a unique perspective on how medicine works not just in exam rooms, but behind the scenes as well.

Recognizing that patients benefit most from an integrated approach to care, Jillian specialized in hormone optimization and psychiatric care, with treatment guided by both clinical and lifestyle considerations. Her experience includes emergency psychiatric care, primary care, sexual and reproductive health, and college health. She currently practices as a hospitalist at Falmouth Hospital within Cape Cod Healthcare.

In early 2026, Jillian was selected as HRT University’s first official HRTU Mentor, a national training and mentorship program for clinicians specializing in hormone optimization.

She and her husband, Eric, founded Valen Medical, a practice built to deliver a more personalized, science-driven approach to hormone optimization across the lifespan.

Outside of medicine, Jillian is an avid reader, fitness enthusiast, and dog lover. She has been married for 21 years and is the proud mother of two amazing children.
